2. Purpose and Scope of Data Processing

Your personal data (in the event of contact with us) are processed exclusively for the following purposes:

Business Communication: To respond to inquiries sent via e-mail or telephone (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interest).
Establishing Cooperation: To take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
B2B Relationship Building: In the case of sending commercial inquiries (mailing) to professional entities (B2B), which constitutes our legitimate interest (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
